ReplyDeleteToday, I found the LEW club on mountaintimes.com Notes of Interest and it sounds like a great idea. I like the ideas to play croquet and bocce ball. I became interested in LEW when I read the aawmag.com story especially where it says "young women have a place to build friendships and meet others who are interested in simply hanging out" Today is October 14th. Is there a meeting for tomorrow 10-15-09?
I have an idea for the next meeting place. I have been wanting to go on a girls night out at the new tapas restaurant and martini bar called Crave in the Boone Heights Shopping Center. (old wings to go location) The Dragonfly Theater and Pub is also a cool location to get together.
Sidenote FYI: Did you know they have soccer for women over 30 at Valle Crucis on Sundays at 4:30? I saw it on mountaintimes.com, today too. Call Vanessa Van Valin at 828-964-8885 to make sure they are still playing if you are interested.
